  • Each user retrieves his/her own messages by connecting directly to the AccessWeb e-mail servers
  • Retrieved e-mails stored on the user machine, in the local e-mail client (e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express)
Hybrid Basic
  • Mailboxes located on the AccessWeb e-mail servers
  • Incoming messages delivered to AccessWeb e-mail servers
  • Identified SPAM, viruses and malware automatically blocked from delivery
  • Central, business-based e-mail gateway machine retrieves incoming messages from the AccessWeb e-mail servers
  • Each user retrieves his/her own messages by connecting to the local e-mail gateway machine
  • Retrieved e-mails stored on the user machine, in the local e-mail client
Hybrid Pro
  • Mailboxes located on both the AccessWeb e-mail servers and internal business e-mail server
